		<description>Try American Diabetes on-line and sign up.Heres my daughters favorite.Take a small carton of cottage cheese,cool-whip,drain&amp; wash 1 can of crushed pineapples,1-small package of sugar free jello(any flavor you like)&gt;mix all and put in the fridge.I do overnight.Stir before you serve.I use fat free&amp; and non-dairy lite on my stuff for her.It is called a salad but we eat it as a dessert.I have used frozen fruit and instant sugar free vanilla  pudding.Good either way.Hope this helps.Good luck with the diabetes...&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
