Is this menu good for me, I want to lose weight?
I am a diabetic and my daily menu includes
breakfast yogurt
lunch croissant w/bacon/cheese
dinner steak/salad
what am i missing
I also walk 3 miles a day

because you are an diabetic i would suggest you go to your doctor and let him/her give you a diet

The croissant is prob not the best choice it has alot of butter and fat in it as well as the bacon, try a whole wheat bagel half and soy bacon(its good!) add some fruits n veggies into your diet too but watch for the ones with high sugar content. Try nuts, pretzels for a snack.
