Diabetic Menus?
Can anyone put me in touch with something like pre-planned diabetic menus? I would like to get an idea of how to go about planning these several small meals each day. Thanks!

Check with your Doctor as different people with diabetes need different menus.

Since I don’t know where you are all I can suggest is a web search to find you local diabetic center.
I’m diabetic, and I pretty much have to do carb counting to stay alive.
But like I mentioned you should be able to find material online.

get the amount of carbs for each meal from your doctor, then stick to it!
As a type one diabetic, i love the south beach diet stuff, so get a cookbook or buy some stuff of theirs.
