American Diabetes Association has many cookbooks. You can find their titles at the first link, and you can buy them used and cheap, at the second link.
Also,there are many diabetic web sites. Just search on "diabetic recipes"
I highly recommend the book "Diabetes Meal Planning Made Easy" from the ADA. You can get it used.
Your local public library will have oodles of material.
