Not a website, but one of the best things I have found is a book called "Sugar Busters", It explains how your body works in processing food and what to eat and when. It also has a 14 day meal planner (not really what I usually eat, but it gives a good structure). It also explains what foods to stay away from (and there aren't really all that many) and what foods to change (not eliminate), which is great for a teenager. When I started following this I quit having problems with feeling bad after eating a lot of foods and also lost the extra weight I needed to loose (it helps you find your natural body weight). Overall it's just making simple changes and makes being diabetic a lot easier.
