Where can I find a pancake recipe for a diabetic on a low sodium diet?

Hi Carol:
Are you a diabetic? I am one. I use spelt flour and use stevia as the sweetner and use a simple recipe….if you want I can email it for you later…

I make whole grain pancakes all the time. You can get the mix in the health food section of any grocery store, and you can get all kinds of grains or a grain mix. I like the flaxseed and whole wheat. They all taste really good, though. Most of the mixes call for adding water or milk, and that’s it. They even make sugar-free syrup, and sometimes I put fruit on them too.

any one with a whole grain that doesn’t come from a box should be good. I say no boked because pre-packaged stuff is loaded with salt.
