broccoli soup – chop up broccoli and boil/simmer in some chicken broth, season to taste with what ever season you like, add some garlic and onion, red pepper, whatever, put it in a blender, add some whole milk or cream, simmer.

make your favorite pasta sauce and serve it over califlower or broccoli instead of pasta

chicken (I always buy the rotisserie chicken from walmart for 3.99)(never fried) and veggies and salad.

stir-fry chicken with vegies, soy sauce, a little chicken broth, serve with a bit of brown rice.

eggs bacon no toast or potatoes

chilis rellenos – stuffed peppers with other veggies and cheese.

slice eggplant thin, salt it for 30 minutes, then layer with egg plant instead of lasagna noodles with a tomato groundbeef sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, bake at 375 for an hour.

NO SODA – water or water with lime or lemon

dont drink diet soda, it messes with blood sugar levels too much

add chromium to diet and cinimmin

    burgers without buns

make your own barbeque sauce that is low carb – grill chicken and ribs, black beans with onion, red pepper, tomatos,

lots of salad with grilled chicken or steak

the asian salad at McDonalds with the grilled breast of chicken

    go easy on the dressing

get the white out – no flour or flour products, no sugar or sugary things, no white rice, no pasta, no bread, no potatos, no, no, no, no.

fill up on fresh veggies, besides corn — which is a no –, eat as much as you can to fill up instead of meat.

be careful with fruit, eat with meals, not alone, blueberries and strawberries are pretty good

for an easy meal replacement, in a blender try ketoslim brand protein shake with blueberries(fresh or frozen), Total EFA oil, a handful of almonds, and a couple scoops of BerryGreen, some aloe vera juice or gel, throw in some ice.

    salmon lettuce wraps

chopped up waterchestnuts, carrots, chicken, stir fryed in chinese sauce in lettuce wraps

    sashimi

    edamame which is soybean

fish on the grill with veggies

Remember eat to live, not live to eat

Basically, get the perricone, atkins, south beach diet books and take from them.
